All messaging charges will be deducted from your team’s Sendo account balance. You can view your balance and transaction history on the Balance page of your dashboard. You can add funds to your account at any time, and configure an auto-recharge option to automatically reload your balance when it drops below a threshold that you specify. Campaigns
If you are using numbers, there is a one-time fee of $20 for each campaign creation that is charged by the vetting service. There is also a recurring charge of $10/month for each campaign, or $2/month if you are registered as a sole proprietor. These fees are charged by the carriers and will be deducted from your balance without any markup. If you are using toll-free numbers, there will be no campaign charges.Numbers
There is a recurring charge of $2/month for attached to a campaign. This will be deducted from your balance at the same time as your campaign renewal charge. This applies to campaigns created with both 10DLC and toll-free numbers.Messages
The following table shows the cost of sending messages with 10DLC and toll-free numbers. The fee for each message will be automatically deducted from your balance.
