* #### Sole proprietor campaigns 👤

We're working on adding the ability to support local (10DLC) campaigns created by sole proprietors, i.e. individuals who do not have a registered legal entity with an EIN. These will have a lower daily messaging cap. Estimated completion: March or April 2024.

* #### Free trial campaigns ⭐

We're working giving new Sendo customers the ability to enable a free trial campaign, which will let them send a limited number of messages (with a watermark) to test the platform before making any payments. Estimated completion: April or May 2024.

* #### Brand/campaign creation via API 📥

We're currently working on adding support for brand/campaign submissions via API. This feature will be especially useful for reseller accounts, who are creating brands and campaigns on behalf of their customers. Estimated completion: April or May 2024.

* #### New onboarding process 🚀

We're working on overhauling our onboarding process to make it easier for new customers to get started with Sendo. This will include a new dashboard walkthrough, and will let us remove the waitlist for new registrations. Estimated completion: April or May 2024.

* ### SOC 2 compliance 🔐

We're working now to undergo an audit and achieve <Tooltip tip="A security and compliance standard that offers guidelines for service organizations to protect senstivie data">SOC 2</Tooltip> compliance. This will let us share more details about our data security practices, and help us better serve customers in regulated industries like healthcare. Estimated completion: May or June 2024.

* #### Group messaging support 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

We're working on adding API support for <Tooltip tip=" This feature only recently became available for local (10DLC) numbers">group text messaging</Tooltip>. This will let customers send messages to multiple recipients at once using the API, and receive messages from multiple recipients in a single thread. Estimated completion: June or July 2024.

* #### Number purchasing via API ☎️

We're currently working on adding support for number purchasing via API (i.e. adding a number to a campaign). This feature will be especially useful for customers who have many numbers attached to their campaigns. Estimated completion: April or May 2024.

* #### WhatsApp messaging support 📲

We're in the early stages of planning a new feature to support WhatsApp messaging via API, in addition to SMS/MMS messaging. Estimated completion: July or August 2024.

* #### 2FA login using email 📧

We're working on adding email as an option for two-factor authentication (2FA) login. Sendo only supports SMS 2FA at the moment, and this will give customers more flexibility in how they can secure their accounts. Estimated completion: April or May 2024.

* #### Error recommendations 🚫

We're working on a new feature for the messaging logs to better explain why a message failed to be delivered, and suggest how to fix the issue. This will help customers troubleshoot message delivery issues more easily. Estimated completion: May or June 2024.
